Great care will be taken to ensure accuracy in the publication of notices received by telephone, but necessarily there is a risk of error, for which the management N cannot be held solely rneponsible. It is particularly desired that communications for publication shall not be addressed to members of the staff personally, as such a course is apt to cause delay. The Editor is at all times glad to receive correspondence giving news or expressing opinions on public matters.
