AMSTERDAM, July 12. The German political crisis is not yet solved.
The Kaiser discussed with Herr yon Bethmann Hollweg for several hours questions that were not decided by the Crown Council yesterday, and has ordered the Crown Prince to Berlin to discuss the decisions witfc him.
Herr Hollweg hag created a new Imperial Ministry of Labor, under the Socialist Herr David". The Yorwaerts, with unexampled daring, states that the German Empire is on the way to a peaceful revolution, which may come at one blow or piecemeal. But, when completed, will be counted as^ one of the greatest events in history, completely changing the world's situation. A majority will be found in the Reichstag to give the Germans the freedom and peace they need. ' AMSTEBDAM, July 12.
