LONDON, July 11. In the House of Commons, Mr Bonar Law announced that those impugned in the Mesopotamia report would be tried by the- Army Court, and that all the officers, concerned in the inquiry had ceased to exercise any functions in connection with the Government.

In the House of Commons Mr Bal four stated that the Greco-Italian negotiations with a view to the Italians evacuating the Epirus axe progressing. He added that there was no understanding whereby in the event of an Allied victory Belgium would obtain any territory in Europe beyond her original frontiers.

Replying to a. suggestion to protest to GJermaaay against the- deportation of three thousand Belgian girls from, Antwerp to. Rbumania, Mir Balfour said that no protest was likely to deter the Germans from committing these atrocities, which, were reprobated by the whole civilised world.

Mr Balfbur gave an- assurance that in any discussion of peacel terms the Allies would talfce into consideration the enemy's' exaction of money and goods from the occupied parts of France and Belgiuml-
