GERMANY'S NECESSITY
"MUST FIGHT TO LAST GASP."
(Received July 11, 12.45 p.m.) NEW YORK, July 10. Despatches received here quote the Taglische Rundschau's report of a speech by yon Hollweg at a secret meeting of the Reichstag Committee on Monday. Hollweg said a policy of no annexations and no indemnities was dangerous and (impossible, and /that "Germany must fight to the last gasp."
