KING'S BIRTHDAY, MONDAY, JUNE 4.

The POST OFFICE will open from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. in all branches, except Money Order and Savings Bank. Mails usually despatched will close at 8 p.m. on June 2, but suppfementary mails will be made up to 7.15 a.m. on June 4. All pillar and receiving boxes will be cleared at 8 p.m. on June 2. Letter carriers' correspondence will be delivered over the counter on Saturday evening, June 2, from 7 to 8 p.m., but there will be no delivery by letter carriers on June 4. The TELEGRAPH OFFICE will open from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., and from 7 p.m. to 8 p.ni. The TELEPHONE EXCHANGE will open as usual. W. CALLAGHAN, Postmaster.
