BRAZILIAN DECLARATION OF WAR IMMINENT.
RIO DE JANIERO, May 22. The President, in a message to Congress, has recommended the revocation of the decree of neutrality, on the jjround that the fact of the United States forming an integral part of the American union, r.nd that the traditional policy of Brazil had always been regulated by perfect unity with the United States, also in consideration of the wishes of the great majority of Brazilians. Reuters correspondent .adds that an immediate declaration of war with Germany is believed probable.
