The half-yearly meeting of the District Court of Foresters was opened at Elthani this morning. There" was a large attendance from variotis Courts throughout the 'province-: Reports and balance-sheets were read and adopted. Considerable discussion took place in reference to the. taking of new members during the' war. Opinion was . much divided on the subject, and eventually it was resolved that the matter be left to the discretion of each Court.
