ENEMY ATTACKS REPELLED

LONDON, Feb. 12. A Russian official message states: The enemy, under cover of a snowstorm, attacked northward of Kiselin and penetrated our trenches, but were- driven out. The enemy crossed the ice on the Dniester and pressed back field posts. We counter-attacked and regained the position.
