GREYMOUTH/Dec. 21. An authentic report states that of the final mile of the Otira tunnel fours chains have been driven, and if ample labor/were available the tunnel could be completed in twelve months. With the workers at hand it could be completed in eighteen months and the train be running through in less than two years. . The coal. mines are all working full, time, and the output is greater than for some months.
