LONDON WOOL SALES
The New Zealand Loan and Mercan-. tile. Agency Co., Ltd., have received the following cable from their London house, dated October 25, 1916: Wool sales—There is a good demand/ As compared with prices at sale of September 22, merino (which was poorly represented) was from par to '5 per cent, higher, fine greasy crossbred is 1\ per cent higher, coarse crossbred 5 per cent, arid other sorts par to 5 per cent higher. . ■ "
