MISTAKEN INDULGENCE
UNEQUAL TREATMENT OF
PRISONERS
(Received October 23, 10.10 a.m.) (United Service.)
LONDON, Oct. 22. Thomas Curtin, in an article'in the T^aily Mail, considers that England is T.vistaken in indulging German soldier prisoners while the "English are being maltreated. The latter, he says, are slowly ageing amid harsh surroundings, v eary of privation and hardship, while Cevmans in England are beautifully fed and cared for. The British should ■publish the facts of the iiltreatment of lier soldiers, as publicity, like bio; shells, is the only argument that will affect Prussians.
