PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH.

SPECIAL MISSION

The special mission was continued at the Presbyterian Church last evening, when there was an increased attendance, providing an excellent congregation. The address was listened to with much interest. Mr Cumming spoke on "Notable Days in a Soldier's Life," drawing a comparison between the life of a soldier and the Christian life. Many striking things were said, and the different points brought out by apt. illustration. The evangelist's homely and humorous sayings help to send the message home. Mrs (Jumming sang a solo. The interest, in the meetings is growing. To-morrow night will be specially interesting, as the evangelist will tell the story of his life. The meetings are open to all, and the subject to-night will "be "Three Ships in Stormy Weather."
