UNINTERNED ALIENS.
DEPLORABLE CONDITIONS OF INTERNMENT IN GERMANY. (Received Feb. 23, 1u.45 a.m. ) LONDON, Feb. 22. The Hon. H. Samuel stated in the House of Commons that 12,445 alien males and 10,500 females remained uninterned. The majority belonged to friendly races. Lord Robert Cecil announced that the statements of returned prisoners from Wurtemburg fully corroborated the reports that conditions had been deplorable and the treatment of interned persons had been scandalous. There had recently been some improvement.
