BY TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION. AUCKLAND, Feb. 22. | In the Supreme Court, Wm. Henry i Copestake, for perjury, was sentenced to two years' reformative treatment; Gotthel Feierabond, an unnaturalised German, for indecent assault on a married woman at Taneahia, Bay of Plenty, to six months' hard labor; and Vernon Alan Bumside, breaking and entering and theft, three years' reformative treatment. PALMERSTON N., Feb. 22, In the Supreme Court there is a light criminal calendar. Thomas Schofield, for forgery, was found guilty; sentence was deferred.
