TO ASSIST RECRUITING.

At a general meeting of the Patriotic Committee, it waiS unanimously resolved to give hearty support to the Mayor and the Borough Council in fulfilling the requirements outlined in the Government's recruiting scheme. It was suggested that a public meeting should be called by the Mayor and county chairman conjointly, to arrange for furthering the scheme. Members cordially agreed in the opinion /that everything possible should be done to assist.
