Each article posted, except newspapers, must bear id actditiona 1 postage as war tax, otherwise correspondence \vi!l be iaxed one penny. N.B. —Mails sent via Suez are subject to heavy delay, and under ordinary circumstances arrive in London later than mails despatched from New >:ilnnd by the next Vancouver or San Francisco steamer. Only specially-addressed correspondence is now sent via Suez. Mails will be despatched as opportunity offers to the United Kingdom and Continents of Europe and America.
