I LONDON, Feb. ],3. A correspondent at Cairo states that t-ho Bedouins are fleeing into Ma.:ruh. He reports a recrudescence of fighting between the Eastern and Western Arabs. The Grand Senussi failed to maintain the compact by which these hereditary enemies combined against Egypt. Five sheiks headed by Auladali ha-ve petitioned the Grand Senussi to dismiss Turkish agents and officers who vilely treated the Arabs, Prussian-like sending Arabs into battle before themselves. The Government has accommodated friendly Arabs with an encampment at Hlvnmam.
