A TURKISH COMMUNIQUE.
AMSTERDAM, Feb. 18. A Turkish communique states that the British left many dead on the line of retreat at Bathia, and the enemy lost, during that batle, 2300 animals. The Russians, in the Caucasus, in three days lost, over five thousand dead, and sixty prisoners. We almost annihilated an enemy detachment near Aden, and the survivors fled, abandoning their baggage.
