WELLINGTON, Jan. 10. The first meeting of the Recruiting Board, consisting of Mr Massey, Sir Joseph Ward, and Mr Allen was held on Saturday. Mr Massey stated that details of the scheme will not be ready for publication until a further meeting of the Board has been held. The draft has been worked out fully, and there need be no prolonged delay in putting the new system into operation when alphabetical lists of the men, of military age in various districts are available.
