(Received Sept. 30, 1.30 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, Sept. 29. Two German generals have been dismissed- It is believed that this is connected with Saturday's defeat. Newspapers are discussing the question of sending General Hindenburg or General Falkenhayn to the west front.
