In the Assembly, Mr Estell stated that he intended to introduce legislation to repeal the existing law in sc far as it imposed penalties for strikes and lock-outs.
The Steamship Owners' Association has advised the Merchant Service Guild that it prefers to refer claims to the Aroitration Court.
