PETROGRAD, Sept. 29. A communique says:—Fierce fighting is taking place near Dvinsk, and in the Mchuiny and Baronivitz regions. The enemy is attacking with large forces at many points southward of Pripet and on the Galiciari frontAfter furious bayonet encounters we occupied Vorobievka, north-westward of Tarnopol. '

It is reported that the 41st German army corps was overtaken by a flood in the Pinsk marshes, and it is believed that nearly all perished.
