The following Bills were read a first tune: Military Manoeuvres, Discharged feoldiers Land Settlement, Census and {statistics Act Amendment, Lights on Vehicles, State Advances Act Amendment, Factories Act .Amendment. The Law Practitioners Act was reierre'd to the Statutes Revision Committee, and the Local Elections (Proportional Representation) Amendment Bill was read a second time The National Registration Bill, Local Elections (Proportional Representation) Bill, ana Swamp Drainage Bill were read a third time and passed.
