The Law Practitioners Act was reierre'd to the Statutes Revision Committee, and the Local Elections (Proportional Representation) Amendment Bill was read a second time The National Registration Bill, Local Elections (Proportional Representation) Bill, ana Swamp Drainage Bill were read a third time and passed.
