REAPPEARANCE OF THE GOEBEN.
PETROGRAD, Sep. 27. The Goeben appeared in the Black Sea, fifty miles from the Bosphorus, and cut off the retreat of a Russian torpedo craft, which, skilfully handled, escaped. The Goeben's fire was inaccurate. LONDON, Sep. 27. The Dutch liner Efmdijk has been sunk. The crew landed.
