ZINC CORPORATION PROCEEDINGS.

(Received Sept. 3, 10.30 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Sept. 3. The Zinc Corporation is seeking to recover £41,920, the balance due on concentrates delivered before the war, from Baron Hirsch and Sohn, Germany. An application for substituted service on F. H. Now, Hirsoh's agent, was granted.' Defendants have been notified by means of registered letter that the concentrates concerned are now at Port Pirie, and if judgment is obtained could be taken over.
