COAL CONTRACTS.

LONDON, July 23. Mr Runciman, in the House of Com•anonS; announced that the Government JfLQd already given the French Admir▼alty and railways the benefit of the -arrangements between the Admiralty ;and Welsh colliers, and both Admiralties were benefiting by the prices secured. Existing contracts for Russia and Italy were favorable, and when those expire they would' receive similar treatment to France.
