NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER, NOTICE is hereby given thai at a Special Meeting of the Kapongai Town Board, held on the 13th day of July, 1915, the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting 0 f the Board to be held on th c 10th day of August, 1915, at 7 p.m., at the Board Chambers, Kaponga:— "That in exercise of the powers conferred o nit by Section 34 of The^Town Board's Act, 1908,' the Kaponga Town Board hereby makes by way of Special Order by-laws, to be known as 'The Kaponga Town Board Electric Supply By-laws, 1915.' " The object and purport of the proposed By-laws are to prescribe regulations under which electricity for light and power purposes will be supplied to consumers and electric wiremen licensed by the Board. ' A full copy of these By-laws is deposited at the office of the Board _at Kaponga and is open to the inspection of the public during office hours until the said 10th day of August, 1915.
