LONDON, June 16. •Bucharest reports that the celebratictts at Constantinople commemorating the Turkish capture of the city in thte fifteenth century indicate the Darkish resolution to defend Constantinople to the last drop of blood. ATHENS, June 16, The Breslau has been seriously damaged by the Russian fleet in a recent 'engagement. Some Turkish torpedoers were sunk and twelve Turkish officers and eighty sailors were drowned. LONDON, June 16. Replying to Mr Dalziel in the Howe* of Commons, Mr Asquith said there was no truth whatever in the constant rumors that the Allies were through the Dardanelles, but the operation; was of the highest importance -andj would be pushed through to a swasesti-, ful conclusion.
