OPERATIONS IN FRANCE AND
FLANDERS
WELLINGTON, May 28. Tbe High Commissioner reports from JiOndon on May 27th, at 5.30 p.m.: "Last night the ilelgian troops repulsed two attacks north and south of Dixmude, the first by a counter-attack nnd the second by fire. In the sector north cf Arias two engagements took,,place, one resulting in the capture of enemy trenches and the other in taking some prisoners. ]
