[The Majestic, 14,900 tons', was launched in 1895. Her armament consisted of 4 12in. and 12 6in. guns. She was 390 ft. long, 75ft. beam, 27_ft. mean draught, and 17 knots speed.] ? The auxiliary ship Princess Irene was accidentally blown up. at Sheerness harbour, and seventy-seven dockers perished.
