LORD FISHER'S TERMS.

TrmAMMELLED CONTROL of HIS DEPARTMENT.

FRUITS OF DARDANELLES

EXPEDITION

(Received May 28, 11.15 a.m.) LONDON, May 27

The Express states that Lord Fisher intimated that he would only return on terms, .namely, the inclusion of his own nominees in office at the Admiralty and his complete and untrammelled control of'the department. Lord Fisher was ordered to return to his post, but did not do so.

The public, the Express continues, will be wise to withhold judgment regarding the Dardanelles expedition, which was inevitable. Its first fruits are seen in Italy's two million troops, while Roumania and Greece tremble in the balance.
