At the meeting of the Normanby Town Board on Monday night, the Clerk, in answer to questions,. informed the Board that only 10s Id of the rates was outstanding, and all arrears had been collected for the first time during the past nine years. As the Government subsidy can be claimed on all rates collected within the specified t:me, this will mean a substantial addition to the funds of the Board.
