GYMKHANA AND FETE.

IN AID OF BELGIAN RELIEF

FUND

A final reminder, is given of the gymkhana and fete to be held to-morrow at the A. and P. Show grounds, in aid of; the Belgian Relief Fund. The object of the movement is a sufficient guarantee for a. large attendance, and all that is required is a fine day to make the gathering a huge success. A grand procession, headed by the Hawera Band, will leave for"the grounds at 12.30, and this part of the programme is expected to be quite a feature of the day's doings. Shops will be closed at 11."30 in order that employers and employees may join in the procession, and the after festivities. Amusements for all classes will be provided on the ground, and young and old can look forward to having the time of their lives.
