WINTER SHOW CO.

The usual monthly meeting of directors was held at the secretary's office on Tuesday night. There were present: Messrs Goodwin (chairman), Barleyman, Corrigan, Hooker, Washer and Page. Various matters arising out of the minutes were discussed. It was decided to purchase a 10-h.p. electric motor to supply power at the show. Mr Browne advised that he would supervise the school exhibits, and that there would be no difficulty in filling all the space available. The remaining trophies required for the dairy schedule having been secured, it was resolved that the schedules be printed and distributed as early as possible. A strong effort is being made to encourage outside exhibitors in cheese and butter, as well as local displays.

Various matters in connection with finance were brought up and discussed. The meeting then adjourned.
