THE OFFICIAL REPORT.

(.■Received March 16, 10.30 a.m.)

PARTS, March 15

A communique states: The Belgians continue to progress at the bend of the Yser and also south of Dixmude.

The enemy violently attacked and slightly pushed back the British at Saint Eloi. The British counter-at-tacked and regained part of the lost ground. Fighting is being continued.

The situation in the Neuve Chapell© region is unchanged.

We repulsed a violent attempt to retake trenches between Four de Paris and Bealante.
