WELLINGTON, Dec. 11. At the Bank of NeAv Zealand's half-* yearly meeting Mr W rm. W ratson was re-elected shareholders' representative on the Board. In returning thanks, Mr Watson said that where the circumstances of companies permitted the payment of dividends they should do so, instead of \vithholding them and placing shareholders in an awkward posi-. tion by limiting their incomes.
