A telegram was received by the Governor this morning from the Secretary of Slate for tibe Colonies authorising his Excellency to announce that the Australian and New Zealand Expeditionary Forces have been disem- j barked in Egypt to assist in the defence of that country, and also to complete their training there. When their training is completed both contingents will proceed direct to the i front to fight alongside other British troops.
