DAMAGE AT ZEEBRUGGE.
HARBOR COMPLETELY CLOSED. '■GOOD BRITISH MARKSMANSHIP. (Received Dec. 3, 12.30 a m) AMSTERDAM, Dec. 2. The Handedsblad's Sluis correspondent states that the harbor works at ■Zeebrugge were severely damaged. The sluices are unworkable, and the harbor is completely closed to ships and -submarines are thus unable to leave.
The good British marksmanship had --a great effect on the Germans.
