The Rev. Mr Lynch, preaching at the Williamstown Anglican Church, stated that he could produce -reliable wit-! Siesses to prove that receipt of news of the fall of Antwerp was followed by a whole night orgy at a, German club. At a meeting of the Council, a councillor ui'ged closer supervision of the German -club, which is surrounded by a high wall. Several councillors declared thatmany British'ware members of the club and no drmger need he expected from I it. ■ .
