One-half of the German marines and •bluejackets in Antwerp have started ifor .Ostend. The German infantry, cavalry and artillery are steadily pouring through; "Wetterin and Termonde towards .France. , • The cavalry is described as pale and -thin, comprising boys of 18 or middleraged men. The Landwehr, with heavy guns, is Heaving Antwerp for Termonde. LONDON, Oct. 20.
