Similar evidence was given by William Butler, of Manaia George Sharp, of Inaha, gave evidence that lerguson complrined to him some two-or three years ago that Patterson had been "getting, on" to him over the fences and the gorse. Air Booth and Mr Lowe, who had worked on the farm, the one four years ago and the other eight years ago, stated that practically all the gorse had been grubbed out by them at the date they worked on the farm .Leshe-Young also gave evidence as to the state of the farm eight years ago and its state to-day.
