SURRENDER OF TSING-TAO EXPECTED.
A RAIN OF SHELLS
PEKIN, Oct. 19. A belief is current that the final attack on Tsing-tao may occur on Tuesday } and : that the Germans may possibly surrender. They have been prodigally expending ammunition for the past week, and this will enable the garrison to' excuse -the surrender on the ground that their ammunition is exhausted. The Japanese hold the source of the, garrison's water supply. PEKIN, Oct. 19. A Tsing-tao report states that it is raining shells, morning, noon and night.
