ALLEGED VIOLATION OF TERRITORY.
AMSTERDAM, Oct. 16. There are over a million refugees in Holland.
A traveller reports that a party of Germans entered Holland near Rosendaal, and the commander refused to retrace his steps. A fight followed, and a dozen Germans were killed and others wounded. The story is unconfirmed
