Floating mines originally sown in Kiaochau Bay tare appearing in the China Sea, and two Japanese coasters have been blown up off the locality.

. The American Consul at Antwerp is proceeding to London to* obtain provisions for Antwerp, where the position is grave owing to the Germans seizing all the stores.
