TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION.

WELLINGTON, Oct.<U. - The Wellington Woolbrokers' Asso-ciation-has decided that in the interests of wool'growers the original programme of sales will be adhered to. Sales will be held on November 18, January 26, and February 26, while a further sale will be held in March on a date to be fixed. The opinion generally prevails among brokers that payable prices will be obtainable for the current season's clip. The association has already received assurances that all available buying power will V)J be represented at the Dominion wool sales. It has also been decided to approach the marine underwriters for some remission of the recent increase in insurance rates.
