William Mullins, charged with attempting to murder his wife on the. 13th oi: August, and then attempting suicide, has been committed for trial The evidence went to show that Mullins, who sometimes behaved queerly fired two shots at his wife and then shot himself. Both parties were taken to the hospital in a critical condition and recovered, but the bullets were not extracted.
