NOTICE is hereby given that it is the. intention of the Eltham County Council, at a Special Meeting of the Council to be held at the Coun- ! cil's Office, Bridge Street. Eltham, on 'SATURDAY, the thirty-first day of October, 1914, at 10.30 a.m.* in'exercise arid pursuance of the powers vestfed in it by "The Counties' Act, 1908," and "The Rating Act, 1908," respectively, to make and levy the undermentioned General Rates under Sections 117 and 118 of the Counties' Act aforesaid, and also the undermentioned Separate Rates under Section 119 of such last-mentioned Act, such rates to be for the period commencing on the first day of April, 1914, and ending on the thirty-first day of March, , 1915, and to be assessed on the capital value of all'the rateable property within the respective Ridings of the County of F/lth am as appearing on the Valuation ■ Roll, namely:—• '
