The Eastern Extension Company notify that, with a view of reducing the cost of cabling during the existing censorship, from to-morrow international messages will he charged on the basis of ten letters to each word. The Lord Mayor's Fund totals £118,000. The New Zealand and Australian Land Company has decided to distribute £15,000 among the war relief funds in the several Australian States, where it carries on business.
