The Government Meteorologist telegraphed to-day as follows-.—Westerly moderate to strong, winds, prevailing and freshening; there is a prospect of fair weather, but increasing haze and cloudiness, for a storm, which fippeai-s to be approaching from the west, on or about Sunday ne^t; barometer falling, after, about 36 hours; sea moderate; tides poor.
