A MANIAC'S DESIGNS
PARIS, May 31
A bomb maniac named Pechause, suspected of murderous designs on M. Poincare, has been arrested at Lyons with several bombs in his possession. One was held in place in the small of his back by wires connected with an electric switch on his chest. The police exploded the bomb on waste ground, and proved that if it had burst it would have blown the wearer and his immediate neighbor to pieces.
